Describe jobs accurately and quote realistically. Do not misrepresent your identity, business, experience or credentials.

Only claim a licence, certification or insurance you actually hold. Verified badges are only shown after a NeedNDo admin reviews the evidence you submit.

No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or unwanted contact.

Keep conversations in the platform so there is a record if something goes wrong.

Turn up when you said you would, or cancel as early as possible with a reason.

Pay and get paid through NeedNDo. Taking payment off-platform removes your protection and your record of the job.

Only customers who completed a booking can leave a review, and only one review per job.

Do not offer incentives for positive reviews. Pros cannot edit or delete customer reviews.

Reports are reviewed by NeedNDo admins. Outcomes can include a warning, content removal, suspension of a Pro profile or deactivation of an account.
