Privacy Policy

Account details: name, email, phone number, city, province and postal code.

Marketplace activity: service requests, quotes, bookings, messages, reviews and reports.

Pro profile content: business name, headline, description, service categories, service radius, photos, portfolio images and any credentials you submit.

Payment records: amounts, status and Stripe identifiers. Card numbers and bank details are handled by Stripe, not by NeedNDo.

To match jobs with nearby Pros, run bookings and payments, provide support, keep the marketplace safe and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Pro profiles are public: business or display name, headline, description, services, service area, ratings, reviews, completed jobs, portfolio photos and verified credentials.

Customer profiles are not public. A customer's precise street address is shared only with the Pro on a confirmed booking, and only for that job.

Reviews show a privacy-safe reviewer name (first name and last initial).

Reports are visible only to NeedNDo admins and to the person who filed them. The reported person is never told who reported them.

We use Supabase for hosting and databases and Stripe for payments and payout identity checks. These providers process data on our behalf.

You can request account deletion from Account settings. We deactivate the account immediately and remove it from active marketplace use.

Booking, payment, refund and tax records are retained as required by law even after an account is deactivated.

You can edit your profile at any time, block another user, report a safety concern, or contact us to ask what information we hold about you.
