NeedNDo is a Canadian online marketplace that helps customers find local professionals ("Pros"). NeedNDo is not the provider of the services booked through the platform.

1. Who we are and what we do
NeedNDo operates an online marketplace where customers describe a job and nearby Pros send quotes.
NeedNDo does not perform the work, supervise the work, or employ Pros. Each Pro is an independent business responsible for their own services, pricing, taxes and legal obligations.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and located in Canada to create an account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure.
You may request account deletion from Account settings. Records we must keep for financial, tax or legal reasons are retained.
3. Quotes, bookings and payment
A booking is created when a customer accepts a Pro's quote. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
Payments are processed by Stripe. NeedNDo collects a platform fee of 12% of the booking amount; the remainder is paid to the Pro through their connected Stripe account.
NeedNDo does not hold your card details. Payment disputes may also be subject to Stripe's and your card issuer's rules.
4. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate job and profile information, communicate through the platform, and treat other users respectfully.
Pros must hold any licence, permit, certification or insurance that the law requires for their trade. NeedNDo does not verify these unless a credential is explicitly marked as verified on the profile.
Do not use NeedNDo for unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or discriminatory activity.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions and reviews you post, and you grant NeedNDo a licence to display them on the platform.
We may remove content that breaches these terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Suspension and moderation
We may suspend or deactivate an account that breaches these terms, appears fraudulent, or creates a safety risk.
Reports submitted through the platform are reviewed by NeedNDo staff. Being reported does not by itself result in suspension.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. NeedNDo does not guarantee the quality, timing, legality or outcome of any job booked through the marketplace.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the last change.
